Located in the heart of Townsville, our purpose-built practice offers general, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry, including advanced implant procedures in our dedicated onsite surgical suite.

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This role is focused on following up patient enquiries, converting leads into bookings, and supporting patients through their treatment journey. We are looking for a confident sales professional with proven experience in sales conversions and appointment bookings.

Dental industry experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided on our practice, systems, and treatment offerings.

About the Role

• Follow up inbound enquiries and warm leads

• Convert enquiries into booked appointments

• Build rapport and confidence with prospective patients

• Work closely with the practice team to maximise conversions

• Remote work available following onsite training

What We Are Looking For

• Proven sales conversion experience is essential

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Experience in appointment setting or treatment coordination highly regarded

• Self-motivated and target driven

• Professional phone manner and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently remotely
