WHY THIS ROLE?

  • Central Northside location with on-site parking

  • Flexible hours, including school-friendly options

  • Ongoing mentoring, training and professional development

  • Exposure to a diverse mix of clients and industries

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality bookkeeping and supporting meaningful financial outcomes — not just compliance.

This role is also about improving processes. You'll be part of a team that embraces better systems, automation and technology to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

You'll work across platforms including MYOB, Xero and Excel, along with other tools that support modern workflows. You don't need prior experience with automation or AI — just the willingness to learn, adapt and think ahead.

  • Confidence in communicating with clients

  • A genuine interest in improving processes and adding value
