Manage your own client portfolio, delivering tax, compliance, and advisory services end-to-end.

Review work and mentor junior team members, supporting their development.

Work closely with senior leaders on client strategy and business outcomes.

Contribute to advisory services, expanding beyond traditional compliance work.

What you'll need to succeed 

5+ years’ experience in public practice accounting with CA/CPA (or near completion)

Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and client communication skills

Ability to mentor others and work collaboratively in a team environment

Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire for long-term career growth
