Looking for an experienced Contracts Admin to commence ASAP in Mackay!

  • Support end-to-end contract administration, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Assist Project Managers with cost tracking, forecasting, and maintaining accurate project records
  • Process and administer contractor payment claims in line with contractual and legislative requirements
  • Support assessment and documentation of contract variations and negotiations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant contract records and documentation
  • Use contract management and financial systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and contractor management processes
  • What you'll need to succeed 
  • Experience in contract administration, including processing invoices and contractor payments
  • Knowledge of contract management processes, contract law, and relevant legislation
  • Proficiency in contract management systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and records management
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
  • Experience in procurement, capital projects, or local government (desirable)
