About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support contractor management processes in line with company policies
  • Assist Project Managers with cost tracking, forecasting, and record keeping
  • Help prepare and process contractor payment claims on time
  • Review and manage payment claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with contract variations, including documentation and communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
  • Use contract and financial systems to manage and update data
  • Contribute to improving procurement and contractor management processes
  • Carry out other duties as directed by your supervisor

What You Will Need

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field (desirable)
  • Experience processing invoices and contractor payment claims
  • Familiarity with contract management and financial systems (e.g. SAP, TechOne) and MS Office
  • Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role
  • Understanding of contract management processes and relevant legislation
