About the Role:
Provide high-level administrative and research support to the Mayor in a fast-paced, confidential environment, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency in all activities. You will manage the Mayor’s incoming and outgoing correspondence, including monitoring task lists, researching and preparing draft responses, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves producing clear, insightful written materials that help communicate the city’s strategic direction and promote Council initiatives.
Working collaboratively across Council, you will build strong internal partnerships and contribute to maintaining business continuity during unplanned disruptions or emergencies. With a focus on quality and accuracy, you will develop professional correspondence and provide trusted support that enables the Mayor to effectively engage with stakeholders and the community.
