We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator / HSEC Administrator to join a busy site team in Bowen.

Your new company

This opportunity is based at a large-scale bulk export and logistics facility in North Queensland, supporting high-volume operations in a structured, industrial environment. The site operates under strict safety, environmental, and compliance standards and plays a key role in regional export activity.
You'll be working within a fast-paced, process-driven setting where teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to procedures are essential. Strong systems and reporting frameworks are in place to support day-to-day operations and ensure safety and compliance requirements are consistently met.


Your new role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude to support site operations in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Reporting to the site team, you will provide essential administrative and HSEC support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative support to site teams
  • Scanning, filing, and document control
  • Accurate data entry and database management
  • Data compilation and reporting
  • Preparation of documents including memos, reports, and presentations
  • Supporting HSEC-related administrative processes


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HSEC support role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Requirements
  • Own reliable transport (site-based role)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
