About the Role

This position will provide support and assistance with the set up and organisation during events, performances, sporting events, concerts and other activities of the section and be responsible for provision of customer service and event staging support services. These roles work from a variety of venues and locations with the casual staff assisting in overseeing and supervising the staging of successful events and functions.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have Knowledge of event staging practices and procedures including demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in Function/event staging/venue service delivery.

You will also be required to be physically capable of performing manual labour for extended period of times both indoors and outdoors.

We’re looking for someone with good availability, as our shifts vary from early mornings to late nights, including daytime and weekends.

* The Council contribution to employees' superannuation for contributing employees shall be 13.5% of the employees' ordinary time earnings subject to the employee contributing a minimum of 6% of their ordinary time earnings.
