About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our busy Rockhampton Laboratory. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative skills who enjoys working in a dynamic blue‑collar environment, supporting a technical team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Accurate and timely data entry
• Processing laboratory documentation
• Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Answering phones and greeting clients
• Assisting with accounts payable tasks
• Providing general admin support to the laboratory team

This is a Permanent / Part‑time role with holiday pay and sick pay. Following initial training, hours are around 24 hours per week.

We’re Seeking Someone Who Brings

• A desire to work in a long term role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• A positive and professional approach when interacting with clients and colleagues
• Teamwork and a willingness to support others in the lab environment
