THE POSITION

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time receptionist based in our Townsville office. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and administrative skills to join our team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting clients at reception; 

  • Answering all incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate staff;

  • Assisting solicitors and paralegals with the daily management of files including administrative support;

  • Maintaining front of office appearance and meeting room readiness; and

  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a legal receptionist is desirable, however, this is not essential.

The key attributes we seek in a suitable candidate is:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work both as a team and independently when needed.

  • Exceptional detail and prioritisation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers.

  • Flexible and adaptable.
