About the Role…
As an In-Work Support Officer, you will be responsible for collecting and collating all documentary evidence for outcome claims, you will be responsible for claim calculations and will work closely with job seekers and employers to identify barriers that may impact ongoing employment. You will establish effective support and intervention measures to ensure the job seekers longevity in employment and provide appropriate support to job seekers and employers playing a vital role in ensuring our jobseekers maintain their employment requirements over a 26 week period.
You will advise, guide and assist staff to achieve outcomes and notify managers of any issues or concerns regarding placements. You will quality check, collect and collate the required evidence to substantiate the outcome claim for submission, as well as negotiating wage subsidies ensuring at all times that outcomes meet specific documentary evidence guidelines while meeting organisational compliance.
This role is full time fixed term until 30 June 2027 with possibility of extension, based in Aitkenvale. Day to day you will:
