Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Camper Sales Consultant & Customer Handover Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

Based primarily at our Townsville showroom, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their entire ownership journey from their first enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.

You may also be required to assist at our Burpengary showroom from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with camper trailer, hybrid camper, caravan and Zodiac luxury model enquiries.

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.

• Conduct professional product demonstrations and customer handovers.

• Prepare stock for customer delivery, including detailing and quality control inspections.

• Complete pre-delivery inspections and ensure customer-ready presentation standards are maintained.

• Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls and provide after-sales support.

• Maintain showroom and yard presentation.

• Assist with stock movement and general yard duties.

• Champion the customer experience and provide feedback to management on opportunities for improvement.

• Work collaboratively with sales, service, production and administration teams.

• Attend caravan and camping shows and represent the Austrack brand professionally.

About You

You enjoy talking to people, building relationships and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. You take pride in your work, enjoy being hands-on and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Requirements

• Current unrestricted driver's licence.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Professional presentation and phone manner.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and remain organised.

• Computer literacy including CRM experience

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Willingness to be hands-on with vehicle preparation and showroom operations.

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience in caravan, camper trailer, automotive, marine, 4x4, outdoor recreation or tourism industries.

• Previous sales experience.

• Passion for camping, caravanning and the outdoors.
