About our Opportunity: 
We believe our staff are the backbone of our operations and this role will be critical in providing ongoing support to our Company. 
About the Role:
• Full-Time position - 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• Experience with MYOB - Accounts payable and/or receivable preferred
• Provide assistance to the administration & management team
• Performing multifaceted general office support including bookings, document control, calendar requests, telephone enquiries etc
• Portray a professional approach at all times through attitude and appearance
• Ensure that work space is well managed, tidy, organised and safe
• Comply with all systems and processes and expected behaviours and standards

About You:
The successful applicant will have the following key skills and attributes:
• Administration experience preferred;
• Enthusiastic & willingness to show initiative, learn & be proactive;
• Strong skills in MS Office suite, including Excel and MS Word;
• Experience using MYOB is preferred but not essential;
• Experience with Scheduling program preferred but not essential;
• Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner;
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and expectations;
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
• Friendly and positive attitude;
• Current Driver’s Licence
