Customer Service Assistant

Reef Side Marine is a family run business operating in Bowen for over 30 years.  We are the local Yamaha and Mercury dealers who also service and repair Suzuki’s.  We are a small but mighty team who service all over the Whitsundays and beyond.  Our business is fast-paced with a lot of long-term customers, from the weekend boaties to the commercial fishermen.

We currently have a permeant part-time Front of House ~Customer Serivice Assistant working Monday to Friday only.

Your key responsibilities of the role include:

• Attending to phone & email and over the counter customer service

• Booking in future works into workshop diary

• Picking parts for customers and jobs

• Providing quotes to customers and stock ordering

• Accessing stock information within our parts computer database

• Supporting the team in delivering an excellent customer experience

• Raising invoices and processing payments
