Provide financial administrative support, including accounts payable and receivable functions
Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions in accordance with established procedures
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity within financial management systems
Assist with reconciliations and routine financial reporting requirements
Support the preparation and administration of financial documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Undertake data entry and manage financial information across systems and databases
Liaise with internal stakeholders to support financial processes and resolve discrepancies
Contribute to a team environment to meet operational deadlines and priorities
What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience in finance or accounting support functions, including accounts payable/receivable
Sound knowledge of financial processes, systems, and controls
Experience using financial management systems and Microsoft Office applications
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping
Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a team environment
Understanding of, or ability to work within, government policies and procedures
Previous experience in a government environment (highly regarded)
Relevant qualification in accounting, commerce, or business (desirable)
Ability to successfully undergo a criminal history check
