Your new role As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You will oversee cash flow management, prepare monthly management accounts, and ensure financial processes run smoothly during the contract period.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow requirements Overseeing floor plan facilities, reconciliations, and drawdowns

Preparing monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations Reviewing payroll and supporting compliance processes Monitoring debtor balances and aged receivables

Supporting audits and maintaining financial records Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and insurance processes Leading and supporting a small finance team (AP, AR, Payroll)

Liaising with internal stakeholders and external financiers What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a senior finance or Financial Controller role

Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow management Experience overseeing payroll and debtor functions Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines CPA/CA qualification (or working towards) desirable
