Are you someone who loves helping others, thrives in a supportive team, and takes pride in getting the details right? As a Member Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and delivering exceptional service to Queensland Country Members.


In this role, you’ll provide high‑quality membership and administrative support, helping ensure our branches and teams can deliver the best possible experience to our Members every day.


This is a full‑time position (38 hours per week) within a friendly, collaborative, and fast‑paced environment.

 

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to grow. To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence navigating digital tools
  • Excellent attention to detail – you notice the little things that matter
  • Clear, friendly communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • A positive attitude toward change and a willingness to learn
  • Experience processing data and compiling reports or the ability to learn
  • DA Banking System experience (highly regarded but not essential)
