We’re expanding our team and hiring Customer Care Agents to help us keep pace with high demand. In this fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional service, and convert enquiries into bookings and long‑term customers.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into bookings and long‑term customers

• Deliver expert advice and friendly service that builds trust and drives results

• Hit and exceed daily sales targets with confidence and consistency

• Log activities accurately in our CRM and track performance

• Support admin tasks while keeping your focus on conversion

• Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, high‑energy culture

• Represent Flick with professionalism, integrity, and care

🙋 What You Bring

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Sales‑driven mindset with strong persuasion and rapport‑building skills

• Tech‑savvy and quick learner; comfortable with CRM systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call centre

• Prior call centre or sales experience preferred (not essential)
