Their Mackay yard is equipped to handle cylinder exchanges, refills, and provides expert support for gas-related applications. They are known to be a regional hub, known for its reliability, efficiency, and strong customer service.Your new role 

Managing all incoming phone calls

Acting as the first point of contact for customers

Supporting the sales floor with merchandising tasks

Responding to email enquiries

Assisting customers with product selection

What you'll need to succeed 

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales administration

Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Based locally within the Mackay region

Ability to provide contactable referees

This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position if all goes well. You’ll work a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring you're home every evening, with the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm.
