What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. Your role includes:

  • Being the first point of contact for service customers

  • Explaining service needs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally

  • Keeping customers informed and comfortable throughout the process

  • Working closely with the workshop to coordinate services efficiently

  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator with a genuine customer-first approach

  • Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure

  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit

  • Basic computer skills

  • Valid QLD C-Class driver’s licence (manual or auto)

Bonus If You Have

Previous experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive role

  • Interest or basic knowledge of vehicles or servicing

  • Experience using dealership management systems (e.g., Tune)

  • Sales or upselling experience

  • Familiarity with warranty or insurance claim processes

No Industry Experience? No Problem.
