Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple sites.

You’ll be working on a 4/4/4 roster with back-to-back shutdowns scheduled from July through to the end of the year. The role involves leading mechanical crews on Dragline and Wash Plant projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

• Ongoing shutdowns work through to December 2026.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical crews.
• Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a site-based supervisory role.
• Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker trade certificate (mandatory).
• Experience with Dragline and Wash Plant maintenance (highly regarded).
• Strong leadership, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Open Driver’s Licence and full Australian work rights.
