About the role

This part-time Mobile Sales & Service Officer role with Accidental Health & Safety NQ offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team providing essential health and safety services to customers in the Townsville QLD 4810 area. As a Mobile Sales & Service officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products and services directly to clients' locations, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Visiting client sites to inspect and restock first aid kits

• Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable solutions for their needs

• Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent after-sales support

• Accurately processing sales orders and invoicing

• Constantly seeking new business opportunities and leads within the local market

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the health and safety industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Ability to acquire excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide technical advice and solutions

• General health and safety awareness to support product recommendations and customer guidance

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately process sales and administrative tasks

• A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude

• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
