About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service & Logistics Supervisor, the Senior Customer Service Officer is the key point of contact between Wilmar AgServices and its customers, suppliers, contractors, and reseller network.

This role is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while coordinating product enquiries, quotations, order processing, and delivery scheduling. You will work closely with Sales Agronomists, logistics providers, operations teams, and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and positive customer outcomes.

The role also supports stockfeed enquiries, contractor coordination, and customer account management while contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and support
  • Provide product information, pricing, quotations, and order updates
  • Coordinate deliveries with accredited AgServices contractors
  • Support Sales Agronomists with customer service and sales administration
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport providers
  • Process and investigate customer credit requests in line with company procedures
  • Support marketing events, grower meetings, and field days
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

About You

Essential

  • Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, logistics, administration, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office365
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment

Desirable

  • Exposure to agriculture, agribusiness, fertiliser, stockfeed, or transport industries
  • Experience supporting sales or customer account management activities
  • Relevant qualifications in business, agriculture, logistics, or related disciplines
