What you'll do:

• Welcome and assist customers in our service department.

• Coordinate vehicle parking and ensure smooth operations.

• Handle phone inquiries and keep our systems updated.

• Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s progress.

• Explain completed work in a clear, friendly manner.

• Process payments and ensure every customer leaves happy!

What we’re looking for:

• A motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, with full support from our management team.

• Any mechanic knowledge is a bonus, but not a must!

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, with one RDO per month.
