As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a dedicated General Manager to help lead their operations and drive ongoing success.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations

  • Lead, mentor, and support retail and production staff

  • Manage rostering, staffing, and performance

  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control

  • Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained

  • Drive customer service excellence and business growth

  • Manage budgets, reporting, and operational efficiency

  • HR, Payroll, KPI's and general admin and operations Sales and budgets

 

What You Will Need

  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role

  • Strong people management and communication skills

  • Experience within retail, food production, hospitality, or butchery industries highly regarded

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
