WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

• Supporting participants in everyday tasks, social and community activities

• Promoting independence, choice, and dignity with some level of personal care

• Working alongside participants to help them achieve their goals

• Collaborating with teammates to leave things better for the next worker

• 2+ sleepovers per fortnight (inactive 10pm–6am)

• Some nights and weekends

• Being someone that can be reliable and proactive with great communication skills

YOU'LL NEED (OR BE WILLING TO GET):

• NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)

• Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

• Driver's licence and reliable insured transport

• All valid work visa holders are welcome to apply for this position

• COVID-19 vaccination is not mandatory, but some participants may prefer vaccinated workers—evidence may be requested in these circumstances.
