About You
We're looking for someone who:
  

• Has experience supporting individuals with complex support needs, neurological conditions, or acquired brain injuries
• Can implement support strategies consistently while promoting independence and choice
• Is patient, compassionate, and able to build positive, professional relationships
• Demonstrates resilience and can remain calm in challenging situations
• Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
• Holds a valid P2 or Open Driver's Licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Has full working rights in Australia
• Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
• Is open to completing required NDIS training modules
