About You
We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and implementing positive behaviour support strategies
• Demonstrates empathy, resilience, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
• Can maintain professional boundaries while building positive, trusting relationships
• Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
• Holds a valid P2 or Open Driver Licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel across Greater Brisbane required)
• Has full working rights in Australia
• Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
• Is open to completing required NDIS training and ongoing learning opportunities
