This position offers an opportunity to develop creative skills, build a professional portfolio, gain experience in the not-for-profit sector, and contribute to a meaningful community cause.
**Photography and Videography**
•Capture photographs and video footage at organisational events, concerts, and activities.
•Document volunteer participation, community engagement, and organisational achievements.
•Produce visual content that reflects the organisation's values, mission, and brand.
•Obtain a variety of shots that can be used for promotional and communication purposes.
**Content Editing and Delivery**
•Edit and enhance photographs and video content as required.
•Deliver completed content within agreed timeframes.
•Assist with creating short-form content suitable for social media platforms.
•Organise and label files for storage within the organisation's digital asset library.
•Work closely with staff and volunteers to understand content requirements.
•Attend scheduled concerts or activities where photography and videography support is required.
•Respect participant privacy and ensure appropriate consent requirements are followed.
•Contribute creative ideas for storytelling and community engagement.
**Equipment Management**
•Use personal photography and videography equipment where appropriate, or video camera can be provided
if needed.
•Ensure equipment is used safely and responsibly during volunteer activities.

Concert hours would be 3 hours per month on a Sunday afternoon not including editing time.
