About the role

This is a key compliance and assurance role supporting our Housing Services teams. You will act as the compliance gatekeeper, ensuring no tenancy is entered into or renewed without meeting strict eligibility and legislative requirements. 

Key responsibilities

• Assess and verify resident eligibility for new tenancies and lease renewals
• Ensure rent calculations and market rent are accurate and compliant
• Maintain audit-ready records and documentation
• Monitor compliance timeframes and contractual obligations
• Provide advice on eligibility and lawful non-renewal processes
• Support compliance reporting, audits and continuous improvement

About you

• Experience in compliance, housing or a regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
• Confident interpreting and applying policy, legislation and frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
