🧡 About the Role:

We’re currently seeking friendly, reliable Support Workers to join our team for daytime, evening, and sleepover shifts.

This role requires availability for active overnight (sleepover) shifts as part of your ongoing roster. Sleepovers are a core part of this position, so applicants must be willing and available to undertake these shifts consistently.

Whether you're experienced or just starting out in the industry, we welcome applications from people who share our values. Training is provided — we recruit based on the right attitude and personal qualities, not just qualifications.

This role is available for an immediate start.

💼 What We Offer:

Great casual rates:

  • With Certificate III: starting $43.23/hr (weekdays) to $77.81/hr (Sundays)

  • Without Certificate III: starting $33.94/hr (weekdays) to $61.09/hr (Sundays)

What You’ll Need (or be willing to obtain):

  • First Aid & CPR Certificate

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Blue Card (Working With Children)

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module

  • Infection Control Certificate

  • A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (with willingness to transport clients)
