Concrete Supervisor

About the Role

Due to continued growth and ongoing project commitments, Brewer Civil & Earthworks Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Supervisor to join our team in Rockhampton, Queensland.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality concrete works while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork and project performance.

Working across a range of civil and commercial projects throughout Central Queensland, you will play a key role in coordinating crews, supervising day-to-day site activities and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate concrete pouring, finishing and related site activities
• Lead and support site crews to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, company procedures and quality standards
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment to meet project requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress and workmanship
• Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors to achieve project deadlines
• Mentor and guide team members, apprentices and labourers on-site
• Maintain accurate site records, daily activities and material usage
• Promote a positive team culture and strong communication across all site personnel

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Concrete Supervisor or Leading Hand role within civil or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, safety standards and site operations
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
• Additional tickets and machinery experience are advantageous
