To be successful you must have the following: 
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial construction projects
  • Experience delivering education, government, health or large-scale commercial projects is highly regarded
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, safety systems and quality processes
  • Trade qualification and/or relevant construction qualifications preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver successful project outcomes

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its Rockhampton team, delivering a program of education projects across Central Queensland.
This role offers 12–18 months of secured work across multiple education projects valued between $1M and $5M. Based out of Rockhampton with DIDO to surrounding areas, this position includes accommodation and provides the opportunity to work with a well-established Queensland builder delivering important community infrastructure.
