Join McCosker Contracting – Experienced Civil Operators Wanted!
Location: Carmichael Coal Mine
Roster: 2 weeks on 1 week off
Pay: $66+ flat rate (casual)

McCosker Contracting is seeking skilled and safety-focused Scraper and Trim Grader, Excavator and Dozer Operators for an exciting project at Carmichael Coal Mine.

What You’ll Need:
  • Relevant RII qualifications
  • Manual Driver Licence
  • Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
  • Coal Board Medical
  • Proven experience in operating machinery
  • Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug & alcohol screening, and inductions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working in and around active scraper fleets desirable
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Reliable and self-motivated attitude
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Respectful, honest, and ready to lead by example
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
