What's on offer?

We are looking for a full-time Asphalt Plant Operator to join the team. This position will be based at our Mackay facility primarily involving and undertaking asphalt production, incorporating manual labour and running production equipment. During busy periods, you will have the opportunity to take on extra shifts, including nights and weekends.

While previous experience in asphalt production is preferred, candidates from related industries are encouraged to apply, with training provided to the successful applicant.

We are seeking the following

• A strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards.
• A focused, reliable team player with an ability to multi-task.
• A construction induction card (white card).
• Valid drivers Licence.
• Experience operating front end loader/skid steer.
• Experience working in asphalt plants (preferred).

It would be advantageous if you have:

• Current high risk forklift ticket.
• First Aid ticket.
