About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Townsville, for a permanent part-time position. This role involves working within a 24/7 care model including sleepover shifts and is ideal for someone confident in managing high or complex behaviours. You will play a vital role in creating a stable, safe, and supportive home environment while promoting the client’s independence and quality of life.

About You
Experience in manual handling providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing. 
Complete shift notes, incident reports, and communication logs accurately.
Encourage and empower the client to make choices, develop skills, and participate in daily routines.
Can work across a rotating roster (including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts)
Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with complex or high behaviours (highly desirable)

Essential Requirements
•    Open Class Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
•    Comprehensive car insurance
•    NDIS Worker Screening Clearance 
•    QLD Blue card (Working with Children Check)
