Are you a caring and committed early childhood educator who loves helping little minds grow? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Educator to join our warm and welcoming team in Home Hill.
Start Date: Commencing start of Term 3, 13th July, 2026 in a full time role. There is a possibility of this position being a part time shared role (0.5).
This position is based on term time only with 8 weeks recess leave and 4 weeks annual leave paid. Working days for the full time position will be Monday - Thursday.

As our Assistant Educator, you will:
· Support the Kindy Teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
· Always demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety and child safe practices
· Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children
· Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and the team
· Assist with daily routines, observations and documentation
· Be a hands-on and positive presence within the room
What We're Looking For
· A love for working with young children
· Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards)
· Current paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
· First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
· National GECCKO Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
· A team player with great communication and a warm, approachable nature
· A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
