What You’ll Do:

• Support the Centre Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
• Lead and mentor educators, helping them grow their skills and confidence through encouragement, coaching, and shared learning.
• Drive curriculum planning and programming that aligns with the EYLF, NQF and the unique needs of our children.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the wider community.
• Foster a warm and inclusive culture where educators feel valued, supported, and part of something special.
• Be a true advocate for the children in our care—putting their wellbeing, interests, and voices first.

   

What You’ll Bring:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or currently working towards.
• Proven leadership experience within an early learning setting.
• Strong working knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for helping others grow.
• A current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
