About the Role
• Act as Responsible Person, ensuring compliance with NQF and regulations
• Support daily operations and step into the Director role as needed
• Mentor and support educators to achieve quality outcomes
• Build strong community connections and partnerships
• Champion child-safe practices and wellbeing
About You
• Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Leadership experience within an ECEC setting
• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
• Current Blue Card and relevant certifications
• Passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
