Educating Kids Early Learning Centre is a locally owned and operated 124-place early learning service located in Mount Low. With seven age-group learning environments and a team of dedicated long-term educators, we are committed to providing high-quality education and care while fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture.

As our service continues to grow, we are seeking passionate and motivated early childhood professionals to join our team.

Educational Leader (2 Days Per Week Initially)

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Educational Leader who is passionate about inspiring educators and driving quality outcomes for children.

This role will commence at 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to 3 days per week as the service grows.

About the Role

As Educational Leader, you will work closely with educators, room leaders, and management to support curriculum development, reflective practice, and continuous improvement across all seven learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-quality educational programs across the service.

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practices.

• Support curriculum planning, assessment, and documentation processes.

• Promote reflective practice and professional growth.

• Guide teams in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), National Law, and Regulations.

• Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) development and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

About You

You will have:

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), National Law, and Regulations.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Experience with a range of programming and documentation methods.

• Sound knowledge of early childhood theories and theorists.

• The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with educators.

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.

• A commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes for children, families, and educators.
