The RoleReporting to the Granulation Team Leader, your duties will include ensuring production volume and quality in accordance with set targets, perform housekeeping duties, resolve operating issues as they arise and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Southern Cross Manufacturing Operations - Phosphate Hill consists of an integrated open cut mine and processing facility, producing high quality ammonium phosphate fertilisers for domestic and export markets. The production facilities include ammonia, phosphoric acid, granulation and beneficiation plants. The plants are fitted with the latest technology and feature state of the art manufacturing processes.
The Granulation plant consists of the reactors and solids handling equipment necessary to turn gaseous ammonia and liquid phosphoric acid into high quality Granulated MAP and DAP fertiliser.
