We’re looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support our busy workshop and fleet operations in Moranbah.

This is a key role sitting at the centre of maintenance, finance, procurement, and compliance, keeping systems accurate, jobs tracked, costs reconciled and operations running smoothly.

• Coordinate maintenance administration across fleet and workshop operations
• Manage job costing, records, and financial reconciliation
• Support procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Improve systems, processes, and data accuracy
• Support day-to-day operational efficiency across teams

• Strong administration experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with maintenance systems (WSM/DMS) and/or Xero (advantageous)
• High attention to detail with strong financial awareness
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills across workshop and office teams
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a focus on accuracy and improvement
