With projects across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region including North Queensland, Western Australia, and PNG. Your new role

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Civil Engineer with circa 5 years' experience to join the team. This is a hands-on, site-focused position suited to someone with a construction background.
You will play a key role in the delivery of projects across processing plants, working closely with project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting delivery of civil and construction works on industrial and processing plant projects
  • Coordinating site activities, contractors, and project resources
  • Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients across multiple project locations

This role will involve travel to sites (typically under 50%), with exposure to unique and challenging environments across regions such as North Queensland, Western Australia, and PNG.
Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility required during active project phases.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Approximately 5 years' experience in a construction or project delivery environment (processing plants or heavy industry experience highly regarded)
  • Strong preference for site-based/project execution experience over design-only backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel to site as required

What you'll get in return
