About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Sugar Cane Farm Worker to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on outdoor work, can operate machinery safely, and is comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • General farm hand duties across day‑to‑day operations

  • Operating tractors and farm machinery for field preparation, planting, spraying, and harvesting support

  • Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems, including pumps, pipes, and water flow

  • Assisting with crop maintenance throughout the growing season

  • Basic maintenance of machinery, tools, and farm infrastructure

  • Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

  • Experience in agriculture or farm work preferred (sugar cane experience highly regarded but not essential)

  • Confident operating tractors and basic farm machinery

  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

  • Current driver’s licence (HR or machinery tickets an advantage)
