What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating high-quality learning and care experiences that support each child’s wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate experiences that inspire curiosity, exploration, and joy

• Observing, documenting, and celebrating children’s learning to inform intentional teaching

• Maintaining safe, organised, and inviting environments where children feel secure and valued

• Building strong, respectful partnerships with families through open communication

• Working collaboratively with a growing team committed to reflection and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)

• Experience in an early childhood setting, with confidence working within best-practice frameworks

• A strong belief in teamwork, respect, and community

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to contribute to growth and change

• A genuine passion for early learning, children’s development, and nurturing environments
