• Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
• Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
• Work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members.

You will work on-site at Lavarack Barracks (07:30 - 15:30 Mon - Friday). If you prefer more variety in your day we have a hybrid role that will see you work across a number of local ADF bases. 

What will make you successful:

• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA or ESSA (as an EP)
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy. Social Workers and Registered Nurses (Div 1) may also be considered.
• Clinical reasoning
• Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
• Passion to help people rehabilitate
• A minimum of 12 months clinical experience with professional registration
• Occupational Rehabilitation experience
