Job Specification:

This opportunity can be tailored to suit your experience and career goals, whether as the dedicated Pharmacist in Charge of a single pharmacy or within a rotational Pharmacist in Charge role across the group.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer and patient care.
  • Acting as a trusted medication expert within the local community.
  • Providing professional services including vaccinations, DAA management, and other PPA-funded services.
  • Dispensing and counselling patients with confidence and care.
  • Leading and supporting Pharmacy Technicians, Assistants, and broader team members.
  • Contributing to the ongoing growth of clinical services and full scope initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising teams within community pharmacy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience delivering professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations, or willingness to undertake training.
  • Confidence working as a sole pharmacist when required.
  • Sound dispensary and clinical decision-making skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • $60-$65/hr plus superannuation, depending on experience.
  • Flexible full-time or part-time options available.
