About Us

Apex Health (apex.au) provides healthcare services and programs to all Australians, with a large cohort of our patients being Veterans. We're currently growing the number of programs that we offer and are on the hunt for new doctors to join our rapidly growing team at a new clinic based in Townsville.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.

Are you after a flexible role, providing care to some of the most vulnerable?

• Full or part-time

• Telehealth appointments to support workload while in person consults build

• Great support from the operations team

• Great pay per consult for telehealth and split billing for in person consultations

• 80/20 Split on billings for 6 months

What we're after

• Unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a medical practitioner

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)
  or Fellowship of ACRRM

• Great communication skills and a patient centred approach

• Prior telehealth experienced will be highly regarded

• Comfortable working with online platforms (all of our systems are cloud based)

• Hold Authorised Prescriber for Medicinal Cannabis or are willing to gain AP status (we will assist with the application)
