We’re looking for a confident, outgoing, and organised Chiropractic Assistant to join our Mount Louisa team. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and bring both warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
As the friendly face of the practice, you’ll welcome our practice members, keep the day running smoothly, and provide reliable support to the Chiropractor while helping create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Welcome and connect with practice members in a warm and professional way
Manage bookings, payments, communications, and daily office operations
Support the Chiropractor to deliver a seamless practice experience
Keep the practice clean, organised, efficient, and full of positive energy
Help coordinate and attend community events to support practice growth
Experienced in administration or reception (1+ years required)
Confident, engaging, and naturally great with people
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Health-minded and passionate about wellness
A positive team player who takes pride in their role
Casual role
Approximately 9 hours per week available
Monday 1:30pm - 6:30pm
Thursday 7:00am - 11:30am
Participation in virtual company trainings and meetings
Occasional weekend availability for community events
Training provided within a supportive, health-focused team
For successful candidates, becoming a Chiropractic Assistant involves the following steps:

Interview shortlisting
30-minute Zoom interview
Invitation to attend a practice visit
Completion of the practice visit
Final outcome and offer communication
