We’re building regional Queensland’s most trusted dental group—and we’re looking for a passionate Practice Leader to help lead our Townsville team.


Our Townsville team, based at Kirwan and Bohle Plains, has an exciting opportunity for a talented Practice Leader - someone who will bring their passion for service and their strong values of service leadership to lift us even higher.

You will contribute to, and be supported by, a positive work environment, friendly teams, and like-minded individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and services.

About the role:

As Practice Leader, you’ll oversee the daily operations across our Kirwan and Bohle Plains practices, leading from the front and supporting both patients and staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and team performance

  • Coordinate appointments and dentist schedules

  • Lead onboarding, training, and rostering

  • Support reception and patient experience

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards

  • Assist with basic social media marketing


About You

  • Proven experience leading small teams

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Passion for delivering outstanding service

  • Comfortable in a hands-on, front-facing role

  • Dental or healthcare experience (preferred, not essential)
